About Us/why us?

That's how two high school sweethearts who left Philadelphia for New Orleans over 30 years ago, ended up here. After 20 years of hanging out in bars in New Orleans, LA and Steamboat Springs, CO (Cajun Mikes', Sunpie's Bistro, Carrollton Station) we decided to pick up and move to Pensacola after falling in love with the white sand and clear water. Whether you live here or are just visiting we'd love to share our passion with you. When we're not working you can find us at the beach, watching the Blue Angels practice, and in the kitchen working on new dishes to make you happy.

Every catering company is different and it's important to pick one that matches your tastes and needs. We're a small company and attention to detail is very important. Our food has New Orleans roots with fresh updates to reflect Gulf Coast ingredients and lifestyle. We strive to have flavorful food that not only fits your budget but is also something you're proud to serve at your event.   

We work out of a professional kitchen at Pensacola Cooks Commissary and are proud to be licensed & insured. Nothing is more important to us than your event.
